These are business classes, specially designed for export-import business. The focus is more on practical aspect of export – import business. Our Export-Import Classes help the students in starting their own export-import business or finding job in the companies engaged in export-import business. We have conducted 53 batches so far. 2934 students have attended our classes. About 380 of our students are now exporter /importers. Some of them are working in export-import companies as export managers.

Classes are held on weekend. Saturday 4 to 7 afternoon and Sunday 9.00 t0 12.00 in the morning. Subject matter is covered in 30 sessions. Each session of 1 hour 30 minutes. We take 2-sessions on Saturday and 2-sessions on Sunday. There will be a 10 minutes Tea Break after first session.

Yes, we deliver very useful printed study materials of all the 30 Sessions of export-import classes. We also provide useful soft copy of export documents, export correspondence, Applications Forms etc. to our students on request. We also deliver following printed books to the students in the classes.

Right now NO. After the outbreak of Covid 19 Pandemic, we had launched our ONLINE LIVE EXPORT IMPORT CLASSES. We conducted three online batches so far. Now since the Covid cases have dropped almost to a negligible level in India and restrictions on public movements has also gone, we have stopped online cases. We are now conducting offline classes in the Conference Room.

No. Students coming from outstation have to make their own arrangement for lodging and boarding at Rajkot. Yes, we do help them in finding suitable accommodation at reasonable rate.

No. These are business classes run by a private organization, Global Exim Services, an Export Import Consultancy Firm. This is not a Certificate or Diploma Course approved by any Government or by any Board/University.

No. No examination is conducted after the classes are over. We do give assignments to the students on every Saturday/Sunday on Foreign Trade Policy and Procedure, ITC(HS) Code, Duty Exemption and duty Remission Schemes, Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, Costing and Pricing, Preparing Contract/Proforma invoice, Export Documents. There is also a 100-Questions (All Objective) Written Test at the end of the classes. We deliver the 80-Questions Paper one week before the end of the classes. Students have to find answers to these questions at home by referring to the study materials that we have delivered in the classes. We deliver Answer Sheet to the students in the last session. Students have to carry out self-assessment by comparing their answers with the Answers Sheet provided by us. Our purpose is to ensure that the students read the books and study materials at home to undertake export-import business with confidence and clarity of the subject.

Yes, we do issue a Certificate to the students in the last session. The certificate contains Student’s Name, Roll No., Batch No., Batch Duration and the Place where the classes were held and a statement that the student has attended the classes. The certificate may be useful to the students to establish the fact that he has taken necessary vocational training on international trade.

You may visit our office and register for the classes by paying registration fee. You may also register online for the classes. Just download the Registration Form from the Website, pay the registration fee by Net Banking/IMPS/NEFT for credit to our bank a/c shown in the Registration Form. Students need to send us scanned copy of Registration Form with online payment details to our Email ID info@eximclasses.com or WhatsApp No. 9825258152. Once we receive your payment and Registration Form, we will confirm your registration by WhatsApp/SMS.

Students may provide copy of Aadhaar or Driving Licence or Voter ID Card as Photo ID while registering for the classes. We don’t need your educational certificates.
