These are business classes, specially designed for export-import business. The focus is more on practical aspect of export – import transactions. These Classes help the students in starting their own export-import business or finding job in the companies engaged in export-import business.

Classes are held on weekend. Saturday 4 to 7 afternoon and Sunday 9.00 t0 12.00 in the morning. Subject matter is covered in 30 sessions. Each session of 1 hour 30 minutes. We take 2-session together. So 15-session of 3 hours each in all. 15-minute Tea Break after one session.

Yes. During Covid 19 Pandemic, we conducted three (3) Online Batches. We have planned to go for Online Classes again. A new schedule for Online Batch will be available on our website soon.

No. Outstation students have to make their own arrangement for staying overnight at Rajkot. We do help them find a suitable accommodation at reasonable rate.

No. These are business classes run by a private organization, Global Exim Services, an Export Import Consultancy Firm. This is not a Certificate or Diploma Course approved by any Government or by any Board/University.

No. No examination is conducted as such. But We do give assignments to the students every Saturday/Sunday on Foreign Trade Policy and Procedure, ITC(HS) Code, Duty Exemption and duty Remission Schemes, Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, Costing and Pricing, Preparing Contract/Proforma invoice, Export Documents. There is also a 80-Question (All Objective) Written Test at the end of the classes. Students have to find answers to these questions at home by referring to the study materials that we have delivered in the classes. We deliver Answer Sheet of 80-Question to the students in the last session. Students have to carry out self-assessment by comparing their answers with the Answers Sheet provided by us. Our purpose is to ensure that the students read the books and study materials at home to undertake export-import business with confidence and clarity of the subject.

Yes, we do issue a Certificate to the students in the last session. The certificate contains Student’s Name, Roll No., Batch No., Batch Duration and the Place where the classes were held and a statement that the student has attended the classes. The certificate may be useful to the students to establish the fact that he has taken necessary vocational training on international trade.

Yes. You may visit our office and register for the classes by paying registration fee. You may also register online for the classes. Just download the Registration Form from the Website, pay the registration fee by Net Banking/UPI. Our Bank details shown in the Registration Form. Students need to send Registration Form with online payment details on our WhatsApp No. 9825258152. Once we receive your payment and Registration Form, we will send you a Receipt and confirm your registration by WhatsApp.

Yes. Students need to provide us copy of anyone ID Proof document, i.e. Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Driving License or Voter ID Card. We don’t need your educational certificates.
